GMBATU (General, Municipal, Boilermakers and Allied Trades Union) Trade Union Records from H Murt

This collection consists of 15 boxes of trade union material from H. Murt, GMBATU (General, Municipal, Boilermakers and Allied Trades Union). It is made up of papers from different branches, unions and organisations, including the Shipconstructors and Shipwrights Association, Mersey Docks & Harbour Board and other maritime associations. It was transferred to the Maritime Archives & Library from the Department of Regional History (Museum of Liverpool) in March 1992. The collection is stored offsite and will be recalled upon request.
