Charles John Watson was a British watercolour painter and printmaker of various subjects. Born in Norwich, he was a medal winner at Chicago's International Exhibition in 1893 and in Paris in 1900. He was a founder member of the Royal Society of Painters, Etchers and Engravers.
Watson produced many landscapes and street scenes of northern France, Venice and Norfolk, as well as many etchings of towns, buildings and interiors.
