A Grey Day in Newlyn

Louisa Margaret Watts (nee Hughes) was a British landscape painter in watercolours of rural scenes. Her husband was James Thomas Watts (1853 - 1930), also an artist. Some of her paintings were inscribed as 'Mrs. J. T. Watts' and she exhibited under both names at the Liverpool Autumn Exhibition between 1880 and 1914. She died in Liverpool.
