Head of a statuette

Currently not on display

A small head of a young male from a votive statuette. The man has big and well defined eyes with the eye lid corners meeting each other. The nose is straight and a little pointy and the lips thin in a very faded smile. He is wearing a thin wreath and the hair at the crown of the head appers to be arranged in a fillet. The hair at the back of the neck is wavy but short. Part of the right side of the face is broken and there is dark stain on the left side.
