Information
Several prints were made after this original watercolour by Prout. The first, a coloured aquatint by J C Stadler (dates unrecorded), appeared in Rudolph Ackerman's (1764 - 1834) illustrated periodical 'Repository of arts, literature, commerce, manufactures, fashions, and politics' (commonly referred to as 'Ackerman's Repository') on 1 January 1827. Prout also published a lithograph drawing of the view in his 'Facsimile of Sketches made in Flanders, Germany and France' in 1833.
