Incense bowl

Incense bowl, barrel-shaped, with slightly spreading mouth and foot. On the outside are two lion heads in relief, and figures of the Eight Immortals, the background roughened to suggest clouds. The figures are coloured with aubergine, green, and yellow glazes, with details in biscuit and black. The background is mottled with the same colours; and the borders are green with an incised scroll under the lip. Inside and under the base unglazed.
