International Marine Insurance Company Limited, records

The International Marine Insurance Company Limited was formed in 1879. In 1893 the firm was amalgamated with the Union Marine Insurance Company. The collection contains minute books, share registers, insurance ledgers (Glasgow) and a staff report book, and covers the period 1879-1930. The Archives Centre also holds the record of the Union Marine Insurance Company, reference: B/UM. The collection is stored offsite and will be recalled upon request.
