Irish Dancing dress

Traditional Irish Dancing is enjoyed by many young people in Liverpool. You can learn at classes at St Michael’s Irish Centre and there are a number of Irish dancing schools in the area. This beautiful green woollen dress, worn in the 1970s, is embroidered with a striking Celtic pattern.
