This is a portrait of Isabella Molyneux (née Stanhope) wife of Charles William Molyneux (1748 - 1795), 1st Earl of Sefton. There is another portrait of Isabella by Thomas Gainsborough (1727 - 1788) in the Walker Art Gallery collection.
