Buff-coloured pottery oviform jar with pointed base. Traces of a clay seal and patches of resin-like substance. From Tomb Q 11, the tomb of King Qaa, the last king of the First Dynasty, about 2900 BC. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Chip to rim, concretions, surface dirt, label adhered to side, large area of surface loss, white residue.
