Jar with globular body. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Rim heavily chipped, pitted, running crack around base, surface dirt. Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 26 June - 6 July 1922 (MacGregor Collection) Lot 1701: "Twenty miscellaneous Vases, etc, chiefly in unglazed pottery, from very early sites, comprising Bowls, Ampullae, a Cake-stamp and other pieces".
