Jar

Large jar, round based, swelling, slightly shouldered, narrowing abruptly to a wide mouth with rolled rim and three small handles arranged symetrically. Lower part whitened, dark red stripe on shoulder. Excavated at Armant by the EES/Mond and Myers expedition 1927-37 and marked in ink AR.30/F. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 153470.
