Jar

Miniature version of a large storage jar (olla) of ovoid shape, with flat base, wide flaring rim, two up-turned horizontal handles (round in section) set at widest part of body. Dull, light red fabric with abundant black grit and sparkling mica flecks. Intact; very slightly chipped, encrusted.
