Ovoid shaped jar with a flat base and raised rim. Compare shape with Ali el-Khouli, ‘Egyptian Stone Vessels, Predynastic Period to Dynasty III: Typology and Analysis’ (Mainz, 1978) nos. 1920-1927. CONDITION NOTE: Worn, pitted, chipped, surface dirt. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 243607.
