Limestone breccia ovoid shaped jar with pointed base and external round rim. Marked "22..." Most probably Early Naqada II in date. Danson Catalogue 2 no. 223. When in the owenership of the Danson family this was displayed in the ground floor hall of Dry Close, Grasmere (case 1 shelf a, no. A2).
