Vase of grey/white hornblende diorite in bands. Top lip slightly broken, otherwise perfect. Pierced lugs, very fine piece. Collector's sticker on the rim with the handwritten number 167. Compare shape with Ali el-Khouli, ‘Egyptian Stone Vessels, Predynastic Period to Dynasty III: Typology and Analysis’ (Mainz, 1978) no. 1507.
