Jar

Pottery jar with flattened base and bulbous profile. Marked with an excavation mark in ink "A'07", indicating this is from an unrecorded grave collected during the University of Liverpool 1907 excavations at Abydos. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Rim chipped with four small and one large running cracks, pitted surface, dark discolouration around top of jar, surface dirt.
