Jar

Miniature size pottery jar, ovoid shaped with flat base. Red slip on the exterior with surface salts. Found during the cutting of a road in Hadra, a district on the eastern side of Alexandria, 1887. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Chipped, white residue, adhesive residue.
