Jar, one of a set of four (with LL 6172, LL 6173 & LL 6174), in oval shape with short necks and cap covers.  Design in brilliant blue: four upright panels with rockery and flowering plants, meant to be symbols of the seasons – peony (spring), chrysanthemum (autumn) and prunus (winter).  On the shoulder, ju-i (ruyi ''as-you-wish'') shaped lappets with foliage scrolls, white on blue, and ju-i heads between.  Dentate borders.  On the cover, a formal lotus flower.
