Lacerta vivipara Jacquin, 1787

Small-headed lizard with blunt snout, elongated body, short legs and thickish tail. Colour is quite variable, most are brownish or olive, males have a reddish belly whilst that of the female is white, yellow or mustard in colour. Total length 15-18 cm.
