Lady in Red (Liverpool Sketch Club)

William Holmes Sullivan was an artist from Liverpool. He studied at the Liverpool Academy Schools and later became a member, as well as a president of the Liverpool Society of Watercolour Painters and of the Royal Cambrian Academy. He exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1875, and at the Liverpool Autumn Exhibition between 1871 and 1884.
