Also mentioned are Sandars Smith, Merchant of the Port of Liverpool who received the cargo, Deppermann & Alburtis, Merchants of New York who shipped the cargo. John Hopkins, Principal Clerk of the Bill of Entry Office, Port of Liverpool. Document is a pre-printed certificate bearing the symbol of the US Consul, used to declare that the cargo mentioned was loaded at the said port [New York], onboard the said vessel [Garrick] and delivered in this port [Liverpool].
