Landscape with Mountains and Lake

Procter was a Liverpool artist who specialised in landscape and coastal views. He was a regular exhibitor at the Liverpool Autumn Exhibition betwen 1885 amd 1904. This view is probably a copy in pen of a finished watercolour.
