Lantern

A pagoda shaped lantern, decorated with bands of fretwork including, key shaped and 'T' shaped designs, the symbols of the Eight Immortals and also floral motifs. It is finished with a pagoda shaped cover made from a thin sheet of brass. There is also a chain attached to the top for suspension. The lantern is made mainly of brass, but with small sections of copper and silver.
