Leaflet, 'LGBT Family Law Services'

When the Civil Partnership Act (2004) and the Marriage (Same-Sex Couples) Act 2013 came in to place, allowing the legal union of same-sex couples, many legal firms in the UK began to practice LGBT-specific family law. DWF Law is one of the only legal firms in Liverpool to deal specifically with LGBT family law. In mid-2016 10-20% of the family law workload undertaken by DWF Liverpool was in relation to LGBT families. The firm works in the breakdown of relationships, surrogacy and IVF cases and works closely with the trans community for those in need of specialised advice.
