Lincoln

Egginton was born in Birmingham. He attended the City School of Art, Liverpool in 1909. He exhibited regularly at the Fine Art Society and also at the Royal Academy, Liverpool Autumn Exhibitions and at the Royal Institution of Painters in Watercolour.
