Faience flat backed amuletic jewellery element: a white Egyptian lotus or lily petal (Nymphaea lotus) with a loop at the top for suspension. This would have been strung to form an openwork broad collar characteristic of the 18th Dynasty. Mayer Inventory (1928): "M12588. Thirteen porcelain pendants in white, green, blue and red colours; Egyptian".
