Melon Seeds

Melon, Citrullus vulgaris. There are also three seeds of fig identified by Riccardo Andreozzi 29 October 2021. Collected at the pyramid town of Lahun by W. M. Flinders Petrie, 1889-90. Kept within a glass test tube with cork stopper. Annotation in black in on the cork by Percy Newberry: "Grape. Kahun XII". CONDITION NOTE 1998: White bloom on surface query mould? Dimensions are for the container.
