Unbaked clay rectangular box that may represent a model of a coffin. Inside is a white painted figure with a yellow painted face and wearing what appears to be a broad collar painted blue. There is a small roll of clay that with may represent a model of a headrest. Excavation find number 802 written in black ink on the base. Find number 24/802: Excavated by the Egypt Exploration Society in 1924 in the Main City at Tell el Amarna, House Q46.43. Compare with a similar object from Lahun, 'Egypt in Africa' by Flinders Petrie in Ancient Egypt 1914, part IV, fig. 3, page 165-6. Excavated by the Egypt Exploration Society in 1924. Acquired by the EES in the division of finds. Donated to the East Anglia Egyptian Society by the EES in recognition of a contribution to the EES (excavation subscription). Donated to Norwich Castle Museum. Purchased from the collections of Norwich Castle Museum in 1956 by Liverpool City Museum (now World Museum).
