Painted wooden figure of a standing male, from tomb 203. Black hair and white kilt. Left arm missing. Marked in pencil 203 and in black ink 203 BH. From Beni Hasan, cemetery below the Middle Kingdom rock-cut tombs: excavated by John Garstang of the Liverpool Institute of Archaeology, 1902-1904. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, old infestation, surface loss and cracking, surface dirt, some concretions.
