Painted wooden figure of a man standing from a model of a butchering scene (animal sacrifice). Black hair and white kilt. From Beni Hasan, cemetery below the Middle Kingdom rock-cut tombs: excavated by John Garstang of the Liverpool Institute of Archaeology, 1902-1904. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, old infestation, damage to arms and legs, surface loss, adhesive on surface, surface dirt.
