Nine wooden rowing oars from a model ship, longest being 200 mm. From Beni Hasan, cemetery below the Middle Kingdom rock-cut tombs: excavated by John Garstang of the Liverpool Institute of Archaeology, 1902-1904.
CONDITION NOTE (1998): Areas of surface loss, mottled residue on some of the oars, surface dirt.
