Mould

Reddish-grey pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects in the shape of a palmette. White paste is visible in the mould cavity. The mould is damaged on the bottom right-hand side. Rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XVIII, no. 381.
