Mould

Reddish-brown mould for manufacturing faience finger rings. The shape suggests a rounded ring shank with a flat rectangular front to the ring. Depression still partially infilled with white paste. Rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XVI, no. 238.
