Mould

Brownish-red pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects in the shape of a daisy. There is some damage to the side of the mould. A string impression is also partially visible by the design suggesting that this was used. Irregular rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate.
