Mould

Half of a brownish-red pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects in the shape of a daisy. A faint white substance is visible in the mould cavity suggesting its use. Rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate. XVIII. no. 435.
