Mould

Reddish-brown pottery mould used for the manufacture of faience ring bezels decorated with a papyrus plant design. There is some white paste still visible in the mould cavity. Rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XVI, no. 213.
