Mould

Reddish-brown pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects - perhaps beads. The depression is circular with a hole in the centre. No obvious motifs on the cavity. There is a large crack down one side. Round back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XX, no. 575.
