Greyish-red pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects in the shape of a nefer hieroglyph (an animal's heart and windpipe) meaning 'good', 'beautiful' and 'happy'. Burn marks are visible around the mould. A white paste is visible on the underside. Rounded back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XVII, no. 266.
