Mouth of the River Alt

William Lewis Kerry was a Southport-based artist who was a member of the Liverpool Sketch Club in the 19th century, favouring picturesque, local landscapes in watercolour. The River Alt rises at Huyton and meets the Irish sea between Formby and Southport.
