Painted fragment of a mummy covering decorated with an image of the funerary deity Hapi. Lower part is broken with two loose fragments and one missing area. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 243720. Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 22 October 1934 (Mansoor Abd Essayid collection) Lot 145/31 "Two Masks; four Collars; a Winged Nut; a winged Scarabaeus; eight Figures of funerary Deities; eight Fragments of Bands; and five Sandals, in cartonnage painted and gilt".
