Painted fragment of a mummy covering decorated with an image of Anubis as a jackal recumbent on a shrine, holding a flail. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 243723. Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 22 October 1934 (Mansoor Abd Essayid collection) Lot 145/31 "Two Masks; four Collars; a Winged Nut; a winged Scarabaeus; eight Figures of funerary Deities; eight Fragments of Bands; and five Sandals, in cartonnage painted and gilt".
