Nene Valley colour coated ware beaker

Decorated fragment Nene Valley colour-coated cup. Raised slip-coated decoration, known as 'barbotine' style shows a hunting scene. It is decorated with scrolls, dots, animal decoration and impressed lines. There is a pinkish orange/brown slip on both surfaces. Such items are often known as 'hunt cups'.
