Osiris Figure

Cast bronze figure of Osiris shown in the tight wrap of his linen bandages with his hands holding the royal insignia of crook and flail, and wearing the plumed Atef crown with a uraeus cobra rising from the front. From an excavation of the Egypt Exploration Society, before 1925. Given to the East Anglia Egyptian Society in 1925 by the Egypt Exploration Society from 'old stock' in return for their subscription.
