Ovoid shaped jar with a flat base. Horizontal lugs at the shoulder. Red rippled horizontal lines as decoration all over. Typical of Naqada II/III pottery from further north in Egypt. Marked by the excavator in black ink with the find number: 17 K'06 a. Marked with the John Garstang's collection number in black ink: GN 332. Marked with previous accession number in faint black ink: 49.47.817
