Ribbed tube terminating in a horse's head. Possibly part of the handle of a shallow libation bowl (patera) or portable lidded incense burner.
CONDITION NOTE (1988): Incomplete, surface dirt, surface loss, chipped, some flaking, greyish residue.
Acquired at auction by Sir Henry Wellcome; excavation not recorded.
