Peas, Pisum sativum. Collected at the pyramid town of Lahun by W. M. Flinders Petrie, 1889-90. Kept within a glass test tube with cork stopper.Annotation in black on the cork by Percy Newberry: "Kahun XII Peas". CONDITION NOTE 1998: Outer shells are breaking off, surface dirt.
