Peas

Peas, Pisum sativum. Collected at the pyramid town of Lahun by W. M. Flinders Petrie, 1889-90. Kept within a glass test tube with cork stopper. Annotation in black in on a piece of paper kept inside the tube by Percy Newberry: "Peas (Pisum sativum L.) from Kahun XII Dyn.". CONDITION NOTE 1998: Outer shells are breaking off, surface dirt. Dimensions are for the container.
