Pen case

Iron pencase in two cylinderical pieces with lotus bud finials at each end. Engraved all over with openwork swirling cloud, scrolls, there is also a motif with traces of gold gilt that could be a dragon. The two parts of the cylinder are linked to each other by iron loops tied together with a red leather thong.
