Philothamnus semivariegatus (A. Smith, 1847)

Bright green to yellow-green above, occasionally blue-green and may be brownish towards the tail, usually has black crossbars on the rear half of the back with scattered black spots elsewhere. Underside pale green or yellowish. Length to 1.3 m.
